I know first hand the power of healing through dance. 

6 years ago I was bedridden with autoimmune dis-ease. 

The trauma I carried in my womb space, alongside a lifetime of suppressing my voice made me sick. 

Reconnecting to my body, my pleasure, and learning the language of my hips guided me back to myself & radiant health. 

Today, I guide ceremonies rooted in dance, somatic healing, and nervous system nourishment to bring you back to your natural state: powerful, radiant, and fully ALIVE.
