My story…

Aka: How I went from “sick girl” to 6-figure CEO seductress…

7 years ago, I was bed-riddenn with 2 chronic illnesses.  

I felt hopeless, lonely, and like a shell of a person.

For a year I was tossed around the conventional medicine system, getting one misdiagnosis after another…

…sometimes? 

I’d simply leave the doctors office feeling like I was crazy…like nothing was wrong and it was all in my head (It SO wasn’t).

I got so frustrated that I ended up ordering my own lab work and diagnosing myself with Hashimotos (which a functional medicine doctor then confirmed).

That moment of taking my power back from the medical system was an awakening.

It was the first time I met my inner sacred rebel, who said, “fuck this - I’m going to find a way to heal and get my life back”

As I worked with the functional medicine doctor, I began taking supplements and eating nourishing foods.

My symptoms started to get better, but it felt like at a certain point my healing hit a plateau.

That’s when it hit me: If I wanted to really heal, I was going to have to face myself.

All the suppressed emotions.

All the trauma.

I decided to enroll in a group coaching program around the emotional roots of chronic illness.

My mind was BLOWN.

Not only were the tools and practices transformational, there was something about being held in a sacred circle of women that made me feel safe enough to *really* express myself for the first time.

• I got the courage to tell my husband about my history with eating disorders.
• I began sharing my story online - even thought I was TERRIFIED of anyone finding it.

With every truth I expressed, my symptoms began to disappear and I felt more vibrant than ever.

I began to feel a deep call to support other women through the healing journey, so I enrolled in a nutrition therapy program & started my first business - helping women with autoimmune issues, Happa Health.

This was beautiful in so many ways, but 2 years in, I began to feel trapped.

Already knowing the power of a good coach, I decided to hire a business coach to help me sort through my feelings.

I ended up LOVING my experience working with her.

For the first time I thought: DAMN, COACHING CAN BE FUN!

I realized that while autoimmune healing was a huge piece of my journey, it was no longer what I wanted to focus my business around.

The part of me that was clinging on to my autoimmune business was the same part of me that was clinging on to the identity of “sick girl” - and it was really scary to let that go.

Even though I was terrified of abandoning people, I listened to my intuition and switched my niche to business coaching.

That’s when things in my business really started to hum with alignment.

My next edge?

Was ditching the “good girl” mask I’d been wearing online and allowing my content to be WILD, UNFILTERED and expressed AF.

I decided to enroll in a mastermind with a woman who embodied the self expression I desired to step into.

Pretty soon, I was posting sexy dancing reels, showing up in lingerie, dropping F-bombs, and sharing more parts of me I previously wouldn’t have (my miscarrage, my Korean heritage, and even my fear of outearning my partner).

Marketing began to feel DELIGHTFUL and ENCHANTING…and I went from earning $3,000 my first year in biz to 6 figures in 12 months!

The truth?

Hiring support has been the catalyst to my deepest growth.

From the functional medicine doctor who confirmed that my symptoms were NOT all in my head…
